Although he's been around the hotel industry since he was a child, he's not personally involved in the family business but HE CERTAINLY understands the meaning of hospitality in its broadest sense.

My rating is 100/100! For those who have the patience, it's worth reading each part. These are tips from someone who has traveled a lot.

First part: the staff is wonderful . They take care of you with great affection. Each of those who assisted me was very kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Having a good structure is great, but it's the hospitality of the staff that makes the quality of a hotel.

We were wonderfully attended to by Valentino, Oliver, Samadi, Cinthaka, Sanje, Neth, and Marco !

If I owned a hotel in Italy, I would certainly want them on my team.
